Innovation processes in construction company

This work explores issues of innovation and innovative entrepreneurship. Doctoral thesis focuses on the characteristics of product and process innovation in the construction company. The aim of doctoral thesis is to analyze the situation in terms of innovation, funding sources and measure the effectiveness of innovation processes in general and in the context of construction enterprises using a questionnaire survey. The main objective is to define a systematic procedure for rehabilitation of the building company in crisis, using process innovation and its verification on case study in the construction company.

The innovation of firm from the perspective of employees

The thesis is focused on innovation of the state enterprise "Czech Post" from the perspective of employees. The basic concepts as innovation, types of innovation, innovation process, measurement, evaluation and funding innovation are defined in the theoretical part. The practical part starts with a brief characteristic of the "Czech Post" and its services. Further it discusses the different types of innovation with a view of managing employees and the importance of innovation for the company.

The subject of this "The Influence of Innovation on Business Development" dissertation is to analyze the characteristics of innovation as a source of opportunities for the company's development. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts, types of innovations and innovative methods, strategies, funding sources, and analysis of the internal and external environment. In the practical part these new findings are used as a tool for understanding the innovation process in a specific company. This is followed by a suggested changes and recommendations for this company.
